Romans 12:9-10 – “Great Employers”?

Absorbing God’s Word

“Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.” Romans 12:9-10

Applying God’s Word

I have been blessed over the years to work alongside some of the very best employers.

Recently, I was with one of my customers discussing how to keep employee injuries to a minimum, and properly care for employees off work due to an injury.

My customer went on to describe how valuable each employee is to them and the importance of making sure, as an employer, they do everything possible to help an injured employee return to work.

I was deeply touched by how my customer’s sincere words and love honored all ninety-six employees and their families.

Accounting of God’s Word

Is my own love for others that sincere? Do I hate what is evil and cling to what is good? Am I devoted to others in love and honor them above myself?
