Years ago, an editor for The River News Herald in Rio Vista asked to print the “The Challenge” in the Faith section of their paper. I agreed, thinking that if God wanted them to use it, all the better.

The editor who originally asked to print the Challenge left years ago. So, I thought my relationship with The River News Herald had ended.

My wife and I recently visited the town of Rio Vista to have lunch with friends. We also paid a visit to the offices of The River News Herald.

Without knowing it, The River News has continued printing “The Challenge”.

So, I wanted to say thank you to everyone at The River News Herald for their hard work and commitment to spreading “Good News”. ;>)

Isn’t it encouraging and amazing the way the Lord surprises us?
